Returns & Refund Policy

At PoleMom, every product is thoughtfully designed, tested, and made specifically for pole dancers. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return, no refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including:

  • Incorrect shoe size, brand, or model selected
  • Change of mind
  • Improper application or installation
  • General wear and tear

Please double-check your order carefully before purchasing.


Fit Responsibility

Our products are designed to fit specific shoe brands and models.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Confirm the correct brand, model, and size before ordering
  • Review all product descriptions and fit guides provided

We are not responsible for orders placed for the wrong shoe type.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

PoleMom is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Items (Upon Arrival)

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@polemomdesign.com

To be eligible for review, you must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will assess the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement at our discretion.


Order Accuracy

By placing an order with PoleMom, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand the product and its intended use
  • You have selected the correct item for your shoes
  • You accept this policy in full
